Refund & Dispute Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

At Rinip Ventures LLC, we stand behind our work. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service:

• Consulting & Strategy Services: Full refund available within 14 days if deliverables do not meet agreed specifications
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Refund available within 30 days if campaign fails to launch or is not executed per contract
• SaaS Development: Refund available within 30 days of project initiation if project is cancelled before development begins
• Completed Work: Limited refunds apply; partial refunds may be available for partially completed work at our discretion

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must contact us within the specified timeframe above. Your request must include:

• Your project details and contract reference
• Specific reason for the refund request
• Documentation of any service failures or issues

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days with our decision.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Maintenance and support services after delivery
• Custom software licenses and intellectual property transfers
• Accounts and hosting services once activated
• Rush delivery or expedited services
• Work completed beyond agreed scope (change orders)

4. Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge, we request that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment processor. We are committed to resolving issues quickly:

• Contact us within 30 days of the transaction
• Provide documentation of the disputed charge
• Allow us 5 business days to investigate
• Work with us to reach a resolution

5. Chargeback and Credit Card Disputes

While we prefer to resolve disputes directly, you may initiate a chargeback through your credit card issuer. However, please note:

• Chargebacks may incur additional fees
• We may dispute chargebacks if work was completed as agreed
• Excessive chargebacks may result in service termination

6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the refund to your account.
